onions, finely chopped, 1-inch ginger, finely chopped, 2 green chilies, finely
chopped, few curry leaves, 2 tbsp green coriander, finely chopped, tsp
turmeric, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder / red chili powder, a pinch of
asafoetida, tsp, carom seeds, 1 cup gram flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, half tsp salt, oil for frying.
The right way to make onion dumplings
1.
First of all, take two thinly sliced onions in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add one-inch ginger, two green chilies, some curry leaves, two tablespoon
green coriander, one-fourth teaspoon turmeric, half teaspoon chili powder, half
teaspoon carom seeds and a pinch of asafoetida.
3. Also mix one cup gram flour, two tablespoons rice flour, and half teaspoon
salt.
4. Keep in mind that onion releases water, so squeeze it well before adding it
to the gram flour.
5. Squeeze the onion without adding water till the moisture comes out.
6. Mix well till a dough is formed. If the onion does not release water,
sprinkle a few drops of water.
7. Knead the onion well in gram flour and put it in hot oil.
8. Fry the pakoras on medium flame till they become crispy and golden brown.
9. Lastly drain the oil and serve the onion pakoras with tomato sauce and tea.
Need for Hemp Seeds
Chutney
cup
hemp seeds, 1 cup cilantro leaves, 3-4 green chilies, 10-12 cloves, and garlic,
2 tsp lemon juice, salt as required, black salt to taste, 1 tsp cumin powder.
Correct way to
make Hemp Seeds Chutney

Heat a pan and roast the seeds in it till fragrant and let it crackle. Keep
the flame low while roasting the hemp seeds, otherwise they will burn.
2. Let them cool down a bit and then grind them using an electric grinder.
3. Add peeled garlic cloves, green chilies, cilantro leaves, and little water to
it. For a more prominent flavor of cilantro, use the stem along with the
leaves, as they are rich in flavor and aroma. Make a smooth paste by
grinding them.
4. Add salt, lemon juice, and cumin powder to it and mix well.
5. Add black salt and mix well.
6. Pulse the grinder again for 10 seconds to mix them all.
7.Bhang ki chutney is ready to be served. You can eat it with pakodas,
bhajiyas, puris, or parathas. Its taste will always be delicious.

2. Hemp Mango Lassi
Hemp
Mango Lassi is not only delicious but also a very healthy drink, packed with
